With, but a few days until my uterus and I celebrate our 2 year HIFU-treatment-anniversary on Nov. 2nd, AND combined with my nod to Halloween (festooned as a blogger with a ginormous heart and exploding head!)…I gotta tell ya, my brain is on f-i-r-e!!
Perplexed beyond measure, the first ignited ember-of-thought regards the issue of time! PLEASE tell me, just where the heck have the past 2 years gone?? And, in the same line of questioning, is this but an example of how quickly the rest of this earthly stint will resume?? Geez, it is mind-boggling, and purely crazy trying to balance the human-parallel-lines of giving/hedonism or loving/surviving…”it” shakes and burglarizes your every conscious moment!!
A convoluted intro?…perhaps! But…being true to the notion of peeling back the layers of transparent-truth, in order to make that most important connection to “ALL”, I decided to tell ya what’s been ruminating inside the ol’ cranium…on the cusp of this momentous occasion!

The availability of HIFU as a treatment choice for fibroid eradication, has dutifully brought me to this blog…writing weekly, sharing and adding content to an amazing non-profit group,FibroidRelief.org!
FibroidRelief.org is a site with a bulls-eye-focus ~~ to impartially educate YOU with everything you ever wanted to know about the wonderful [ugh] world of fibroids! The crucial aspect of this fact-giving mission is, that YOU the patient, will be an informed advocate…for YOURSELF!!! And there-in lies the crux of my mission too; that YOU will be armed with factual information and make the proper choice (for YOU) regarding YOUR condition…whatever that may be!
Education is empowerment on every level. Education can change EVERYTHING. And as I reflect on these past two years (post HIFU-treatment) that have so swiftly and mysteriously zoomed by, I only hope that I have had a hand (even a teeny-tiny bit) in helping to educate and empower YOU … then I will say “job well done!”

this is the greatest thing to do. i have been pain free period free for 9 yrs cause of this procedure. i saved my uterus.dr wont tell u about it . they still doing hysterectomys.i guess they get more money for it.spread the word pls to everyopne who has heavy periods or pain get the test . alot of women dont know they have them. it can make u look preganant in stomach area. them fibriods grow ya know!!
